At amble & strut, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronic item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Factory reset your device to remove personal data and securely pack it in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
